Course Overview

This course covers programming fundamentals in both R and Python. Teaching is based on recorded lectures, hands-on coding sessions, and workshops. All digital meetings are conducted via Zoom.

• Explain relevant concepts and terminology in program development
• Use sequence, selection, and iteration to control program flow
• Create objects from classes and call functions and methods
• Use library modules to solve programming problems
• Use data structures and handle files for reading and writing
