Dear Students, (25-12-14)

Regarding the problem I experienced with the ZOOM system when I lectured to you last Friday, I have now been able to determine what has changed in the latest update of the program. And this is relevant for your presentations on Tuesday. The functions in ZOOM are now on a horizontal “drag-list” instead of a “drop-list”. In the middle of the list, as before, the “share” function is displayed as a green icon, but the list does not disappear as before but remains on screen with all its functions, which means that it may cover functions in windows you want to share, e.g. PowerPoint. BUT if that problem occurs, you can “drag” the list with the mouse/touchpad pointer and move the list, e.g. to the top of the screen. Dear students: I recommend that you practice this before your presentations! If you have any questions about this: please call or send an SMS.

Best regards

/Mårten

REMINDER: The ZOOM lecture tomorrow, Friday starts at 13:00!

Thereafter: move on by checking out the first recorded lectures that are uploaded on Canvas, that is, the ones that concern the subject in general terms – lecture 1 and 2, the theoretical readings you can do the next week after the live lecture and supervision.
